The litigation process is a public process. Any filings and rulings that are made inside of an appeals court courtroom can be seen and reported. I believe that Nonbody12378 promised to report to us everything that happened with our case.

There are two reasons why we don't know the current status of the patents and the license revenue.

1. Kevin hasn't filed anything with the SEC since the third quarter of 2016.

2. The appeals court hasn't had any hearings on any Greenshift-related motions, probably because judges, like other hard-working Americans, like to take their famies on vacations during the summer.
