As I only have 3-4 minutes available, I will correct the below, and have also labelled the posts for easy retrieval should the matters arise again.
The statements below were made on May 10, 2018, at 5pm ET
1. As of May 10th, the company was still awaiting not only the Phase 2 process for Retail applications to commence, but also the opening of the Non Retail (cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution) licensing process, both offering no indication when those might take place. 1 month, or 1 year?
2. June 14th, 35 days after the above statement was made, Phase 2 Eligibility was declared, and construction begun June 18th.
3. June 4th, 25 days after the above statements, after awaiting the Non Retail application process to begin since 2017, the Non Retail application process opened and began.
Summary:
The above statement was made with no knowledge of when the licensing processes for retail would proceed, nor when the non retail would open (if ever), and any such estimates as to completion based on such not quoted in the distant future would have been unwise.
In actuality, all events awaited and unknown occurred between 25 and 35 days following the above referenced call and statements.
An update displays cultivation will be sought for not one, but both locations, with the long awaited application process having finally been opened and noted above.
1. This was addressed here less than 24 hours go.
2. As displayed, the statement above was made May 10th, 2018. At the time of said statement, cultivation in place and underway since 2017 had not received approval to commence operations as of yet.
22 days later, June 1st, approval had been received and operations commenced, now entering their third month.
Summary:
At the time of said statement, May 10th, cultivation had not commenced, and the date of such was uncertain. 21 days after the above statements, facility had received approval, and operations commenced.
One can note the duration of the project as commencement was June 1st, this was a preview from March 13th, and this a preview from November 28th, 2017.
1. There is, as has been addressed, now 4 separate opportunities in New Jersey for potential operators. The above states a desire to proceed regardless of which of those opportunities (or all) to pursue.
It would be my personal preference if charged with such a task to remove all structures currently in place and utilize a separate, and different parcel purchased.
All of the above have been addressed here as well, and remain in place at the top of the board for easy reference.

The above has been addressed, yet is continually presented as though it represents a valid obstacle, when not the case.
1. This week once again presented a case of an out of state non resident positioning for entry.
2. As addressed, one can simply google financial templates for cultivation, and find such readily available for as little as $300, which as previous, are utilized by groups daily, nationwide to prepare for applications calling for such.
I'm sure someone can let me know if I left anything out. Only had a second.
