I don't think the JV would have to review them again. It's basically just a shortened version which they asked for right? They've already seen the financials in full details so they have what they need already.

For me, as long as there is constant communication then that works for me. Most companies would go dark but they haven't which says a lot. On top of that the information is coming out as a disclosure versus a press release which is something people should really take note of.
