I agree that a management-led buyout, although unlikely, would be disastrous for existing shareholders. However, I do not agree that management is purposefully suppressing the share price. Dr. Chan has taken this company to the precipice of exponential greatness and most of what I see on this and the "other" board is criticism. Two days ago, I was reading how great the conference call was and how someone could hear the excitement in the management voices and since the share price dropped yesterday, all I read is doom and gloom conspiracy theories. People are predicting an imminent capital raise when they just told us on Thursday that they have enough cash on hand to cover through 2020. Calling the CEO "Channie" and the like only serves to define the writers, not Dr Chan. By the way, I'm tired of reading about how $400,000 is so lavish, when, in fact $400,000 is a very modest salary for a physician living and working in the Northeast, particularly the high-tax, high-cost state of New Jersey. I am convinced that our technology will reap significant rewards for shareholders in the future and this is why I continue to pad my accounts with more shares during pullbacks. Good luck!
