I've come to the same conclusion, as well. Perhaps other posters are familiar in the scenario and may share clarifying info.
This is surely a great opportunity to learn how these work.

Last one I had played was sou@q and that was nothing like this position.

One more point of interest, Im not sure how a Canadian based bankruptcy is handled in respect to a few 'bankruptcy rulings' Ive researched recently. Something simple like the ticker's 'Q', as an example.
