He isn’t going to answer just a quick dd of midtown’s history shows that he has blatantly admitted to unsuccessfully trying to sue Brickner and his case was thrown out and midtown actually admitting to working illegally with brickner’s ex girlfriend in exchange for her shares. These were all guesses and he got caught admitting that they were true on an anonymous message board.
I wonder if he really is not annoymous and the lawsuit that the judge threw out from Rhode Island with a guy named Bobby on it ... is him?
Midtown you appear to like ruining the lives of so many decent and good investors here who are not privy to your illegal behavior and clear cahoots...maybe it’s time you face another SEC violation as this IS a SEC filer and you have implicated yourself in several crimes.
