that's what it looks like to me as well. As trtc gets fitted for the tux, the vv's may be getting fitted for their Orange jumpsuits. DP said a few times now regarding the lawsuit that trtc will "rigorously" defend and protect the shareholders. According to the lawsuit documents the vv's left a paper trail a mile wide, signed documents, credit card receipts, emails on company accounts etc...

I most definitely would not want to be sitting on their side in a courtroom or any other room for that matter. I'd imagine this will settle rather quickly as far as lawsuits go.
