$1000 a month spent on R&D (LOL..my local pizza joint dude spends more on flour and salami in a month) while nearly all cash is raised via ENDLESS TOXIC CONVERTIBLE NOTES OWED is funneled back to a few dudes at the 100% PRIVATE OWNED "parent company" AND NOTHING this company does has ANY FDA APPROVALS and the FDA recently started a MAJOR, MAJOR "crackdown" on what they call "ROGUE STEM CELL CLINIC OPERATORS" and "EGREGIOUS BAD ACTORS".....and ED is one of the most notorious sham "treatments" offered by these rogue clinics.

AND NO....CELZ isn't some BULLSHIT "1271 same day exempt" as that is EXACTLY WHAT THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IS SUING THE OTHER TWO "clinic operations" over- as they "tried" to use that same BULLSHIT ILLEGAL argument...and now have a big ole DOJ SUIT FILED AGAINST UM...LOL....


THEE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE...which is the U.S. ATTORNEYS just filed two major lawsuits seeking PERMANENT INJUNCTIONS against two of the largest operators of these SHAM STEM CELL CLINICS...and YES...one of um hawked phony "ED" so called "treatments" and also sells NON FDA APPROVED "stem cell medical KITS" just as this bunch is doing.....

Those are the DOJ LAWSUITS against VERY SIMILAR "operations" to what this DILUTION MACHINE SHAM-WOW is "trying" to do...and one is also under SEC INVESTIGATION....sorta like....you know..."FILING EMPTY WEBSITE URL'S AND THEN CLAIMING THAT = MASSIVE GROWTH" LOL !!! Yeah, we signed up a bunch of EMPTY WEBSITES WITH GODADDY AND WE'RE GONNA BE HUGE EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE NO CASH, NO EMPLOYEES, NO ASSETS and TOXIC CONVERTIBLE DEBT OUT THE BUTT....what a classic OTC-ville sham....

I'd expect the FDA to be crawling all over this mess ASAP if not already...and every "doctor/clinic" they sign-up will get a FDA 483 INSPECTION almost the day they open if you ask me...NO FDA APPROVALS OF ANY KIND for any so called "ED STEM CELL TREATMENT"....

CALL THE FDA and ask um....IS THEIR ANY "ED APPROVED TREATMENT WITH STEM CELLS" of any kind...LEGAL... anywhere inside the United States...a big ole...NO.....

THIS ATTORNEY....he's SUING ROGUE CLINICS IN CIVIL COURT and doing it very successfully...."ED" will likely be next on his list....they're already going after "COPD" and "MACULAR DEGENERATION" scams...so "ED" would be a hot potato too seems to me...ZERO PROVEN SCIENTIFIC EFFICACY that is published to ANY FDA STANDARDS OF APPROVALS....this is gonna get FUGLY UGLY IF YOU ASK ME....no wonder none of the principals "WORK FOR" actual CELZ...but have set-up this elaborate shell sham where they "WORK FOR" the so called "parent company" and then CELZ functions almost like an empty shell company...other than INKING TOXIC DEBT NOTES and sending money back to the mothership and 3 or 4 key dudes....OTC-VILLE CLASSIC SERIES...
