Total wants more than just blocks 1 and 2 in the EEZ, They are looking to Unseat Kosmos in the Region.

So Kosmos is looking to collect up to $500 million from ERHE, should ERHE share deepwater development information related to seismic imaging conducted in Kosmos blocks. What a Crock of Crap that line is.

History has shown that Despite Fabulous Looking 3D imagery, THAT FACT, in and of itself is Absolutely No Guarantee of a Commercial Discovery. Just ask HDYN!!!

As the time ticks on, ERHE should move past all this "Fake News Lawsuit".

If Kosmos wanted to protect its interest in the Region, then Maybe they should have broken out the check book and purchased ERHE outright on the open market.
