reminder: debt default (BK) if they cannot get MCAP
back to $35M (double SP) very soon.

Then they would be kicked from downlisted NASDAQ CM and debt defaults and gone. So that is the odd thingy here. See my timetable as posted.

The cash is not net and less than debt!
