Ok I guess you already sold so you can keep with a another ticker.

The problem here is that most people wants DD to do everything.

Back to november 2017 this was a stock missing a lot of filings with not clear vision of future. If you search for another play in the OTCM you wont find a quiet one like this, with this SS, missing only 3 filings to get sec current.

Do your own DD, compare to another plays and decide if you choose to be in or out, is your decision dont blame others.
