I get that. Trust me, I've poured over those docs the past year and a half- even spoke with people at some of the clinical trial hospitals- (I have a medical background) Speculation or not, they are raising cash for reasons not yet identified after having just 48 hours ago state that they were essentially solvent through the end of 2019. You file for a raise, the shareholders deserve to know what the $$ is being used for. Will keep an eye out for a 8-k....
