Trading ex D today.

I am glad to calculate daily what 1280 units of ETE are worth...:o)

I look at it as a great appreciation story and yield is fine wherever it lands by the Q4 close of the deal.

Remember that appreciation is the best way to bring the yield down to "perceived sustainable".
