Hahaha, your definition is probably a much more informed one, I've just noticed in the past that whenever that shows up the ask seems to get stacked all of the sudden ;0) Usually from what I've seen either the pps stays kind of stagnant at that point or dips hard and retraces higher, but that's only my observation from past experiences...
