But it is like a reverse split for both USMJ and PURA.

The market cap (and share price) of both will need to drop by the perceived value of the so-called spinoff.

USMJ also is required to pay out 51% of any money they make to a 3rd party, which makes things even worse for anyone that mistakenly bought USMJ shares.
