Seen this before. There was a 100,300 share trade @ .031 @ 12:15:25. This has happened before during normal trading hours and in some of the abnormal after hours. If you wanted to buy more at .031 you couldn't have done it. We're still cruising at .062/.063 with 98000 @ .062 last.
