there is no definitive proof it is real, there is also no definitive proof it is fake.
emails from a 1day old URL that can be easily set up and are not proof it is real in my opninion. do you know how fast you can buy a url and start to send emails from @url.com ? its MINUTES.
its just a strong feeling i have as dead 000X stocks have been highly targeted this year.
they have sent fake emails before too after purchasing dead domains. i can find the URL they bought earlier this year if you wish. i just dont remember off the top of my head. Just last week this domain was available on godaddy for sale for $10....
all fake news releases come from ACCESSWIRE and GLOBENEWSWIRE. (but indeed real ones hit there too so that is not a 100% giveaway)
A dead stock for years, revoked by nevada, by putting out this PR, would be considered "doing business" in my opinion.
The act of putting out this PR is "doing business".
But it is against the law for a dormant/revoked LLC/INC in nevada to "do business" without an active registration/up to date taxes and filings.
That is why people put so much thought into reinstatement and filings. Because those are what is required to do business.
In my eyes, this needs to be verified by an SEC 8-K, or a reinstatement or real filings, or on a real government website like millions of other army contracts are.
