Don't know have not been studying the stock as of late to tell you. Charts say a slight decrease in Momentum (24) and VOlume Rate of Change (14) since mid-June. This usually happens tho with the stock market and oil stocks in the summer if there is no summer crunch or situation to drive up demand in the stock piles etc.
