So just to clear the debt it would cost a buyer 69 million dollars . Which they get absolutely nothing for . Then say another 150 million for just the one plant . So they are 200+ million in the hole right from the get go. And that's not even adding in a payoff for 129 million shares . Never in a million years . Buy the whole plant on the auction block for less then the total debt . Watch and see .
