Don't think I've ever seen sale of shares like that site and the following's interesting:

We do not have a set close date for our Regulation A+ offering as of yet. The offering can be extended until September 12, 2018, at our sole discretion. However, if all 4,545,454 shares are sold before September 12, 2018, then the Offering will terminate on the date that the final share is sold.
