Brand management……come on man. What brands do they “manage” that don’t require a red marker to track deficits?
Don’t spend money on window dressing when you can’t even afford the window.
All of these endeavors require cash infusions for production runs…..Is RMHB swimming in cash to the extent they can properly fund ANY OF THIS.
DO ONE THING AND DO IT WELL
Whey Fit does not even have a complete product line due to lack of inventory……OFTEN times that means a company as it “sits” does not have the money for a production run.
And the reason for that.....Not enough people bought it in the first place....and it aged out (RMHB can tell you all about that problem)
In addition, (as it sounds) they are going to bring on the MIND behind Whey fit and feed yet another mouth……what does he or she get per month. In my opinion it should be zero dollars and zero cents until they turn a profit!
Given the fact that Whey/Sports nutrition is an extremely COMPETITIVE MARKET red flags should of signaled a pass, not an “acquisition.”
In addition, I would like to see ultimate transparency………Management should vow to not take ONE PENNY in compensation until they are in the black. At that time, they SHOULD report to the shareholders who LOST THERE ASS a scheduled guide of compensation.
