What proof is there that we don’t have the claim? - USPR DOES own the claim, yes for sure.

btw: None of the remaining 36,400 acres of the property were involved in any litigation, the 600 acre parcel is just 1 of the 7 concessions on the property.

If you want your own verification, you can contact the Bureau of Land Management that controls the claim in Mexico City.
The Bureau of Land Management controls all claims for Mexico, you can ask them yourself.
