The SEC has wide discretionary powers and can step in and assist the shareholders and permit Baltia to reorganize after revocation. Will they do that, probably not. It would be a worthy effort for us commons to petition the SEC.
This is assuming the revocation takes place... which is most likely the case. It must be distinguished that this Drago indictment is extemporaneous to the issue of revocation. Although slim, it is possible the financials do get filed. From a legal strategy point of view it would be in Tony's interest to file them. In my opinion.
