If they prevail on this case and layout even a halfway rational strategy for the future, I believe the stock will promptly double-triple and steadily gain from there.

I see very little downside and HUGE upside. Dollars, IMHO.

Once upside volume comes in we will all have some good times watching this ticker frequently gain 5-15 cents a day.
