I agree a lot of black holes in the info flow.

But just to explain. ImpactPPA is a private company for now. It was set up by an excellent securities attorney one of very few top notch experts in the area due to the whole crypto thing being somewhat new. It is easier to raise money there where all legal guidelines for money raise are met and set up already. In other words the reason why people talk about that is because its faster and smoother to do that way.

Dan is CEO of both companies. WSTI as it stands now in the FINAL version of the white paper is listed as a partner and one their key relationships.

The main reasons why things do not get said immediately is to not mess things up.

We seem to have stabilized where we are now. If we get a bit of good news perhaps that shareholder letter followed up by more stuff in the coming few weeks we should be good and start moving.

I wish I knew for sure what was going to happen but I do not. I can say Dan has worked very hard, as have a lot of other people. Usually with the right tailwinds and enough effort things break positive.

Dan is also a very good promoter and once he has fodder to spread it will be spread and he will get needed funds.

Many of us long time owners here have speculated how we would do things and Dan is smart enough to see those same things. If he did you might be really shocked some day soon. There have been hints and that the trading float is a lot lower than the OS stock. MWM first mentioned it. We talked about how to do this for 2 years. You buy up the cheap stock and either sell it later when you hatch or place it with a strategic investor.

Other than the core crew here that talked about this, who would be the number 1 person with interest to do such a thing? A CEO who does not want to lose control of his own company.

Pure speculation but if that happened and Dan saw a plan could work and he had someone well trusted to support him he could place a block of stock with that person for the cash he needed.

There are any number of ways a plan could work. But I know if it were me Id want to own 51%. What would 2 billion shares x .035 (prior high market cap equated down to todays shares) = ?? 70 million?

Most likely scenarios here is that when Dan started ImpactPPA last year Crypto was hot. Another energy token raised 150 million, he figured hed get a quick 50 million and be off the the races. But then crypto crashed and the raise was more difficult. He is in the right place, with probably the most intelligently written and realistic white paper there is with business to back it up and a demo, but (and I even told him this ) he is a bit ahead of the investment pack. The security tokens will trade on an exchange like stocks. But people do not (many people at least) do not fully understand this yet. A few years from now everyone will be like totally behind it but now he is a bit early.

If it were me, I would have bought all that stock, focused solely on the filings giving him every opportunity to raise this equity value to where he needed it then tapped all the newly made money with warrants. He has a very committed shareholder base and everyone I spoke to would be in on that action.

But when you are looking for ..

1- accredited investors (over 1 million assets or 250k annual income

who

2- Believe in the newest incarnation of crypto and where it is going and want to invest knowing that in a year or two they will be in the right spot...

You REALLY narrow down that list of people who can pop money in to some really rich wall street guys and hedge funds and a handful of people.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
