I feel for what you said about the CEO. I don't know if you are right or not, but I kinda think you might be right. I first got involved with this stock a little over 2 years ago. Since then I have lost several 100k's in it. I probably should feel more strongly than you that the CEO should be in jail for the rest of his life. But more than the CEO I think the analyst Rudman should be there as well. He the one who said it was a super buy and put a price target of 4.00 on it when it was trading at .50. Maybe I got his name wrong but that is not important. What is important is that he really sucks as an analyst or was grossly misled by the company. In any case he should find another job or go to jail as well. And while we are we are giving are opinions you probably should throw Shore in there as well. It has been years of misleading and f'ing over the investors time and time again. Not even caring about the harm they are doing. But, no one held a gun to my head and told me I had to buy the sh-t. Actually, it may sound ridiculous, but I still believe in the stock and the product and yes--even the company in general. I am hoping they are finally done screwing over the investors, but they probably are not given the nature of these folks. And, what the kicker is is that whenever they do these earning reports or talk about reverse splits or public/and private offerings they always try to wiggle in there some tidbit that they appreciate the investors and they are trying to help us. That is just a friggin and blatant lie. The truth is, and you should know this as well, They are pesparately trying to save this company and make it very successful by just about any means or way they can--even is it means ruining investors financially. I am not the person to decide or say anyone should go to jail--just feels that way to me. I hope these people really get what they deserve--whatever that may be nad God only knows for sure. You gotta admire them for tring though. They have what appears to me to be a very interesting and promising medical device and it seems to be finally catching on. Like I said they are desperate. They screwed up years ago with a design that fell short and a quality control problem that cost them big time. And late they became involved with Penumbra and should have never let them do their marketing. I am really amazed at where this stock is cureently trading at. Even a with all the dilution and reverse splits and outstanding shares it really should be trading at at least 2.00 if not more. You can't blame it all on the CEO or officers--their main concern is saving the company and satisfying the SEC. A lot of the blame should fall back on the investors themselves or the people who are manipulating the stock. I'll explain what I mean. It is all about greed and trying to get even. Whenever they do a reverse split or offering it is the it is these folks (investors and manipulators) who drive the stock price down. It is all about greed and vindictiveness. They think F this I will get even or I will hurt back or try to recover some of my money by driving the stock even lower. Just for example with this last and I hope it will be that last public offering the price of the stock was around 1.40. The stock was undervalued already because of the previous public offering. So the dilution factor was around 3-5X with this last public offering. So 5 goes into 1.40 about .30. Which is a good buy considering the potential of the company and the fact that this stock has almost always been greatly undervalued in my opinion. Anyway investors and manipulators drove the stock down to .20 when truthfully should have stopped somewhere between .25 and .27.
That would be a fair price even considering the warrants that where also part of the offering. SO you see you really can't blame the CEO for trying to save and make his company successful. What I can't stand is ever hearing him say he appreciates investors and is trying to do what is right and good for us. That is just a blatant lie and probably why some people left the company. Hopefully, Barry and Shore will start to really care and appreciate the people who believe in them, this company and primarily the product they are putting out.
