Yeah that doesn’t make sense, the company has to file to sell shares and easier money. There is no selling shares out the back door in secret lol
Now when otcx was on the ask since they are a scum of the earth Vulture Capitalist with no soul and possible seller for note holder that could have been some shares converted last month by vulture capitalist and sold by scum of the earth otcx. That is totally possible. But otcx is off the ask and back to hell, possibly he is still manipulating and trickling sells today without being on ask. Who knows. But very well could also be retail. Sometimes investors here hold a ton of shares and need to free up alil cash for another investment or just need some cash. It happens. But the 10Q is due out this month and already told its going to be a good one so it’s a bad time to sell and a good time
to buy at these levels if you ask me.
