They engaged iNTELLICOM Technologies in 2017 to help them manage the development and coordination of their Radio Frequency (“ RF ”) equipment, ranging from test-equipment/test protocols, to modem selection/modification, RF and antenna gear. iNTELLICOM is presently working with the Company and its primary software and laser developers to prepare for the next milestones.

Also, in this regard, they engaged Thinking Different Technologies B.V. (“ TDT ”) in June 2017 under a Software Development Agreement to help them complete development of the software for Infinitus. TDT is a Netherlands software developer and engineering development company that engages in research, development, prototyping and patenting of numerous cutting-edge technologies, including chaos non-linear telecommunication and radio technology, anti-inertia phenomenon and economy of fuel in automotive and aviation industries, among others.

They have also engaged Mynaric AG, formerly known as ViaLight Communications GmbH (“ Mynaric ”), in 2017 pursuant to a Design and Manufacturing Services Agreement to work to integrate Mynaric’s innovative laser technology into their patent application which seeks exclusive rights to our method of synchronizing laser links between aircraft in flight to be incorporated into their Infinitus Super Highway. Mynaric offers laser communication solutions allowing high data rate and long distance wireless data transmission between moving objects for terrestrial, airborne and space applications. Laser communication can be thought of as the optical fiber for the skies and Mynaric’s products provide backbone connectivity to link aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), high altitude platforms (HAPs), satellites and their respective ground stations. They are designed to meet the demanding conditions of aerial and space applications and offer world class performance in terms of data rate, power consumption, size and weight.

In addition, they plan to engage a highly experienced antenna designer to develop and produce the customized airborne antennae that will need to be installed on all aircraft to enable Infinitus. In addition, they plan to engage a FAA-certified OEM manufacturer to design, develop and produce the storage module, or line replacement unit, that will be used to house the software and which will be installed on the aircraft.

Entered into a Support Agreement with GE Aviation, one of the GE (NYSE:GE) Business Units. ABWN anticipates that this relationship should significantly accelerate the development of ABWN’s proprietary Hybrid Radio and Free-Optics Communications System to be demonstrated the 2018 calendar year. GE Aviation is a world-leading provider of commercial, military business and general aviation jet and turboprop engines and components as well as avionics, electrical power and mechanical systems for aircraft. GE has a global service network to support these offerings. GE and its customers are also working together to unlock new opportunities to grow and deliver more productivity beyond traditional services. Entered into an agreement with Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) whom will act as the exclusive marketing agent and use its extensive network of airline customers to market the “Infinitus Super Highway™” to multiple airline customers throughout the world. ALC is a leading aircraft leasing company based in Los Angeles, California that has airline customers throughout the world. ALC and its team of dedicated and experienced professionals are principally engaged in purchasing commercial aircraft and leasing them to its airline customers worldwide through customized aircraft leasing and financing solutions.
