As the recent 8k states, previous Convertible Notes converted and were issued shares, approx. 430 million, which we assume were all sold into the market.

Yes, we plan on filing the 10Q by August 15, on time.
I cannot comment on upcoming news and numbers.

Current s/o is 500 million and float is 450 million.
