Update:

I called the Chatsworth Office today. A nice lady picked up the phone. I didn't get her name, but it definitely wasn't Debra. Was likely their receptionist.

Me: May name is xyz and i'm a long time fan of Saavy and have been watching you guys online etc. And it's been kinda quiet lately so i just wanted to check in and see how things are going. How's business?

Lady: Good, really good.

Me: Oh ya? You guys are busy filling purchase orders?

Lady: Oh yes, for sure, all the time.

Me: Are you guys still doing business with Walmart?

Lady: Yes, we are.

Me: Are you guys doing business with other retailers?

Lady: I don't really have that information, you'd actually have to ask Hugo about that.

Me: Ok, is he around? Can i talk to him?

Lady: Actually, he stepped out this morning, but if you leave your name and number I can have him call you back.

I told her i'd call back later.

She was very nice, but gave brief answers.

I know this is not a very informative conversation, but i really just wanted to do a pulse check on the company. And they're still around and active. So that's good.

Patience remains the name of the game!

PS. Mike, was that your daughter that i spoke with? She's a very nice lady.
