Why is this stupid crap still shocking to me? It's all throughout the S-1, but this is from page 11.

On May 11, 2015, we acquired rights to Besado Tequila™ and Dziaq Liqueur™ from Top Shelf in exchange for the agreement to issue 507,059 shares of our common stock and Top Shelf will distribute all of our common stock acquired to Top Shelf’s stockholders on a pro rata basis.


Then he files this as an exhibit....

3. Consideration. As consideration for the assignment by Assignor of the Intellectual Property to Assignee, Assignee will deliver to Assignor 129,300,000 restricted shares of common stock of Assignee.

And this says DKTS already owned the shares on 5/11/15, 3 days before Alonzo "allegedly" made an offer to himself for the brands, and 3 days before he accepted the offer from himself.
