Let me get back to you on SF as I haven’t thought about that scheme in a while.
As far the shuffling of CEO’s — either Yaniv grew a conscience and started getting a little nervous with all the questionable activity that the 3 Svorai bro’s have been running, that could potentially land Yaniv in hot water since he was in charge, or it has something to do with the Reg A filing in September.
They only have 3 people they can shuffle around — Dror, Yaniv or Jorge, so they’re gonna run out of willing participants sooner or later LOL.
As far as the LOI today, sure as heck sounds like another VGR Media that netted the family at minimum couple million $$$$$$+++++++++++, doesn’t it?
