Not going to do another RS before potential bankruptcy, SEC halt for investigation based on law firm inquiries, and/or a shrewd takeover by a preadator Company. Non of those favor buying the stock ATM.

ONLY thing HMNY has going for it is a short squeeze... I'd rather protect my capital.
