.....LET'S RAM THE F/- OUT OF THESE AHs...........I told SIMON that we want 50% of FNBCQ's NOL estimate of $105mm................or we go 'en banc' and reopen the bank's appeal and ENJOIN with the ITR petition........we can do this, imo......................
