I have lost over 500,000 DOLLARS with Kirby and 4 R/S's and now i don't think that we will be able to gain the minimum requirements even after or before the 180 day.

Who ever that was whom purchased the 1 million shares will keep us down and reap their profits whenever they want......what a shame.......
