I agree but won't guess when....
Actually for appreciation we need to hear about the long term debt picture improving with consolidation and trimming $ from distribution providing more for that.

Then more conservative cap ex while the market is less friendly to energy MLP's.
Let's see what the ETE price does after the deal is baked a blt more even though it was not unexpected.

First reaction was strong favoring ETP.
Naturally ETE feels the coming dilution in the units.
