It's an anniversary! Yes, a year ago MNKD announced the restart of the pediatric trial.

Now consider that they only required 46 patients and that the first part of the trial was going to be the very simple pharmacokinetics aspect which would require a glucose clamp for at most a few hours.

Best I can tell, since then there has not been word one about any progress in the trial. Is it really all that difficult to recruit 46 patients over the course of a year?

Perhaps parents just don't want to expose their children to the risks of lung damage and cancer.
