PHOENIX, ARIZONA – (Disclosure & News Service – August 1, 2018) – PetroSun, Inc (OTC PINK: PSUD) The Board of Directors of PetroSun Inc (“PetroSun” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that AEP Drilling, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PetroSun affiliate Arizona Energy Partners, LLC has completed the acquisition of the Stewart & Stevenson’s Crown Duke CE750 drilling rig. The total purchase price of the drilling rig and associated equipment, including insurance, exceeded $700,000.

The final loads of the Crown Duke will be arriving at the PetroSun / AEP yard at 4000 Monroe Road in Farmington, New Mexico on or about August 3, 2018. The Crown Duke will be fully inspected at the yard and routine maintenance will be performed prior to deployment to the initial drill-site post-monsoon season.
