Bah... This is just another one of American Greens countless BS PR's. American Green hasn't launched anything of the sort. All this PR states is that they have entered into an 'Memorandum of Understanding"!

The Definition of a Memorandum of Understanding:

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a nonbinding agreement between two or more parties outlining the terms and details of an understanding, including each parties' requirements and responsibilities. An MOU is often the first stage in the formation of a formal contract.


So they are saying that they are in a nonbinding agreement and no contract has even been signed. Hence they haven't launched anything and like so many of there other "intents" PR's nothing will ever come of this. Just more BS from this POS Scam.
