A lot of the dilution happened because they used a note to pay for Howco distribution. I don't blame they it would be stupid not too. But the amount of contract howco is bringing in right know makes it all worth it. This will slowly be going back up it will pass the .25 mark in time. It sucks for people that bought higher but it just means you have to hold longer.

ALL THIS STOCK NEEDS IS A NICE 100% BREAK OUT AND THAN SAY GOOD BYE BECAUSE IT WILL.NOT BE STOPPING TILL .05 JUST WAIT FOR IT
