Remember that company Dendreon with their classic drug Provenge?

The company went belly up a few years ago ... They sold Provenge at a liquidation auction for 30million and shareholders still got nothing

Whatever these guys get at the auction... You can vet liabilities and debts will eat away at it and leave shareholders with crumbs and worthless common shares.

The odds are not in your favour here. One out of a thousand bk plays turn out ok.

I just don't like them disclosures they have put out that shareholders may leave with nothing here. That's a warning sign and a real possibility hence the reason they put it out.

Longs will say oh that is just boilerplate stuff...but you know why. its there for a reason.
