Concert was awesome! Picked up my daughter from work met friends there.

But this is a GROUP effort. People have even written me offering to come up with money to help WSTI. People are committed here. That is why I truly feel that if Dan gets things done that he has to and he opens this up the money created here can be tapped with warrants later on to take us to the next step.

I have never spent so much time on the phone in my life. Well one time, when I was about 17 I spent 20 hours straight on the phone with a girl I am still friends with to this day!

But in any case, you have no idea how many people are working to help. From major investors, to former contacts of Dan to boardies here . I talk to Robert (RSH) a lot, and many others by phone and messages and such.

If Dan gets step 1 done and this runs and we have a 160-200 million market cap , 10% of that is 16 million, people can choose to participate in warrants and fund more of his future with money they made.

Right now whatever pipeline you think there is it is 2 to 3 times larger. When he said he he was more than enough business he is not making that up. But like any business there are things you need to do to get started and have a strong foundation.

In my research I found out that it is possible the TA does not know how many shares have been siphoned up by the company or insiders, if they have not been cancelled (as in a formal buyback). MWM was correct, the float here is smaller. I know I posted a picture of the Bates Dyson vacuum cleaner here as a joke a while back but when many of us sat here and figured out what we would do, it would make sense since we are no dummies!! LOL

Everyone wants to know on timing..

I think the shareholder letter or press release is in front of the attorney now. So if that gets the Ok we should know more , that should be soon , unless it is not ok to send out, not sure not in the loop there.

But I think we also here about some developing business opportunities within a few weeks at most.

This thing has got so crazy that , even peoples moms are texting Dan about business for Dan LOL (cant give details I do not know them)

Today a former associate of Dan I have been talking to for 2 years connected back with Dan and I got invited to go to WorldWater down in Princeton , NJ

I also talked about this really cool product that I think would fit into the whole third world situation but which has a lot of interest from cruise lines and other businesses. You can google it , it is called Durasan Hand Sanitizer. Same little group knows those people . Private company. Much like purell only lasts a lot longer. On surfaces some recent tests shows it lasts days or weeks killing germs.

So Bullet points are easier than me rambling so..

1- Shareholder letter if approved few days? Monday/tues? maybe but soon

2- ImpactPPA news soon regarding even more business. People are like calling every day with projects. Probably within the next few weeks

3- Recent money needs are just a bit of seed capital to get to ImpactPPA announcements which can be used to promote to wider audience and raise more money.

4- One of the calls today was to Dan from someone that might be able to bring some financing. he messaged tonight while at concert and ill talk to him tomorrow.

5- I am super excited personally about the possibility of hooking my client and his worldwater friend and another guy I just met there that has experience in India with Dan. These guys are way more substantial than I am and can bring the rain. Everyone I talk to especially our real rocket scientist guy RSH here believes if we had electricity and water all from renewable sources and can co-market these and walk into any disaster area in a short period of time we have a huge winner.

On a personal note, I am just like all of you. Up and down like a yoyo. not sure if the suffering will make the victory all that more sweet but I am just as anxious as everyone else here.

If it were not for my friends here that I talk to I probably would have panicked out a dozen times . Remember Im the guy that sold bitcoin 6 months before it ran to 19,000 feeling happy with my double/triple to 750 LOL

I think within a week or two we will have a lot more info to go on so if on the fence I would give it a bit longer.

Remember if you sell because you feel you need to you can always have a chase fund.
