I mean it's only twice in over a month he says he'd do it and it wasn't done right? Who won't 'have fear' when this crap happens regularly? Also expecting to hear it would be a staggered buyback plan with small buybacks throughout the life of the contract, soley dependent on if cashflows come in from saddleback. But we shall see, if/when he files this buyback plan.
