A Reality Check for ALL....

With the BILLION or so posts that have been
tossed at this board, and a vast majority
of them having nothing to do with any logic
or substance, we should all keep our eyes on
one very important detail.

The following link :

http://www.suljabros.com/pdf/

Posted on the Sulja website, on Oct 11, 2006,
these two documents should be firmly anchored
in your brain.

Unaudited financials and 2007 Pro Forma

These documents are in the public domain, and
they therefore have some credibility. Otherwise,
someone is going to be spending some time with
Skelling if they are materially different when
the AUDITED documents are released.

The posted documents state that for the year
June 05 to May 06, the company had $ 65,000,000
in revenue, and $ 26,000,000 in Pre-tax profit.
That's $ 5.5 Million a month in sales, and
$ 2.2 Million a month in pre-tax profit.

For a PINKIE, that is amazing.

The 2007 Pro Forma states that revenues should
come in at the $ 307 Million range, with $ 94 Million
in pre-tax. That's $ 25.5 Million per month in sales,
and $ 7.8 Million per month in pre-tax profit.
( Of course, this is the guessing side of the ledger,
but it probably has some reasonable judgements behind
it )

UNDERSTAND...

This is in public domain area, and is on record.

If the actual AUDITED financials for the June 05, to
May 06 period come in different, in any material way,
Petar, or someone, is going to jail. It's that simple.

These documents would not have been posted, if they
were substantially off the mark.

The numbers that were posted, and the actual AUDITED
numbers, can NOT BE MUCH DIFFERENT. It is impossible
to think otherwise.

( Caveat : I have seen weirder things in penny land...
one is always a little nervous until they see the
stamp of approval from the BIG 3 accounting firms )

SO, whether the AUDITED numbers come out on Wed, or
Thur, or next week, for whatever the reason, the
numbers are going to confirm the fact that SLJB is not
a PINKIE PENNY STOCK.

If you believe that the documents posted on the
Sulja website reflect an accurate status of the company,
and that the AUDITED financials will prove this out,
then any price between $ .12 and $ .18 is an excellent
price...providing you have a long-term view.

If the AUDITED financials are not reflective of the
before mentioned documents, then you won't be "ABLE" to
get out of the stock, once the information is known.

It's that simple.

Take it, or leave it.

Make a fortune, or lose a fortune.

Life is a gamble, and it's time for people to grow
up.

Just keep this in mind when the stock freaks you out
with it's rollar coaster up and down moves.
