i iknow that there are many people in the world that aim much higher and toward a sustainable future.
that probably will not happen in my lifetime (70), and there is much militating again it ever happening at all.
sea level rise, war, and even without those problems, the continued structural problem of market economics, which relies solely on consumption - endless consumption, will soon bankrupt the planet.
i know that some think that the last minute cavalry or a whit knight will come from nowhere to save us from ourselves, but all of the trends seem to show that we are on the way out.
