Some may want to take their profits before the physics of dilution ground this issue. Unless of course we get lucky with the new management. If you notice the DD on what the acquirer is bringing to the table (actual T12s) is sketchy at best. Would only do a reverse merger on a favorable basis and our side had the $15 M Solar Boo Boo. Thems my thoughts.
