I never said he was a bad guy. You admitted trying to help them with marketing advise which should be basics to any business owner. That is what makes me cringe. Not that I think he is a bad guy(which could be another discussion) but rather that they didn't do fundamental marketing or didn't know how.
All the other talk is based on being accountable for running a publicly traded company. If everything I hear is fantasy and people are truly contacting government officials as you say, then they have nothing to worry about. Wouldn't you agree?
