I just wasn’t sure if they couldn’t put out certain PRs, announcements, etc, until after that letter. Or if that letter is something that would trigger large brokerage firms to allow trading on this security.

I use Merrill Edge and haven’t had any issues placing orders, just sometimes don’t get placed quickly because they review the orders on securities like these.
