GERS will not be prosecuted for any lack of SEC filings unless there suddenly is large trades and wild price swings DUE to something the company is doing to cause such practices... Such as, massive dilution, massive pr's, unreported insider trading, ANYTHING that causes the stock PRICE to make certain people (insiders) a lot of money.

Otherwise, nope, nope, nope. Complain all you want, maybe the wind will hear you and blow a little harder.

Anyone investing in GERS for the past year know full well the status of lack of SEC filings and since Slash and some others are kind enough to publicly inform GERS investors on the current legal via Pacer and such, there are no surprises, no massive volume trades, no one is making a lot of money trading GERS...
