take control of our company once and for all in order to bring the “True” value of USPR to the shareholders.

There is no "true" value to USPR. It was set up and run as nothing more than a share-selling scheme, regardless of who happened to be in management at the time.

The current shenanigans just expose all of the cockroaches to the light.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
